On 28th September 2026, the students of Class 5B presented a meaningful and patriotic assembly on the theme of ‘Gandhi Jayanti’. The assembly celebrated the spirit of freedom and highlighted the values of patriotism, unity, courage and responsibility. It reminded everyone of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and the importance of cherishing the freedom we enjoy today.
The assembly began with a thoughtful introduction, followed by a peaceful meditation session led by the Class Teacher, Mrs. Reena Singh. The meditation created a calm and reflective atmosphere, allowing everyone to pause and appreciate the significance of freedom.
The highlight of the assembly was an engaging skit that brought alive the spirit of India’s freedom struggle. Through their confident performances, the students portrayed the courage, determination and sacrifices associated with the nation’s journey towards independence. A vibrant patriotic dance added energy and enthusiasm to the programme, filling the atmosphere with a strong sense of national pride. The students choir also echoed the assembly with their melodious voices.
The students presented the programme with great confidence and enthusiasm. The Principal Rev. Fr. Flovi shared an inspiring message on how a small act can make a huge difference which helped the students understand their responsibilities towards the nation. The assembly concluded on a patriotic note, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of gratitude, pride and love for the nation.
