“A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning.”
Teacher’s Day is a special occasion to honour and appreciate the teachers who nurture young minds with love, patience and dedication. It is a day to recognise the important role teachers play in shaping the lives of children and helping them grow into confident and caring individuals.
Don Bosco Pre-Primary School, Matunga celebrated Teacher’s Day on 4th September 2026, with the little ones from Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG joined in the celebrations with great excitement and enthusiasm.
The children came to school with beautiful smiles on their faces, excited that it was Teacher’s Day! They lovingly greeted their teachers and presented them with flowers as a sweet gesture of love and gratitude. Their innocent smiles and heartfelt gestures made the day truly special for everyone.
Our Nursery children also felicitated their teachers with loads of love and affection. Their tiny hands holding flowers and their joyful expressions beautifully reflected the special bond they share with their teachers.
The Jr. KG and Sr. KG children enthusiastically wished their teachers and presented them with thoughtful gestures of love. They also felicitated the support staff, the KG Clerk and the Dance Teacher, expressing their gratitude and appreciation for everyone who contributes to making their school experience happy and enriching.
The little ones looked especially enthusiastic on this special day. Their smiles, flowers, warm wishes and loving gestures filled the school with happiness. It was heartwarming to see them spreading love and appreciation to all those who care for and support them each day.
It was indeed a beautiful and memorable Teacher’s Day, filled with love, gratitude and countless little smiles.
