Christmas magic unfolds….Sir Rakesh and Ms Bindu KenyThe  atmosphere in Don Bosco High School, Matunga was vibrant with the classrooms looking like wonderlands welcoming Christmas as the students of the secondary section. put the finishing touches to the depiction of  nativity scenes, Christmas trees and decorated the stars with enthusiasm as they participated in these competitions as part of the Christmas Panorama celebrations on 12,November 2025 . The students used recycled paper,dry leaves,coconut shells,cloth scraps,cardboard,natural colours,waste bottles,twigs and other items promoting sustainability and preventing generation of waste. The beautifully crafted nativity scenes that portrayed the humble birth of Jesus Christ rejoiced by the shepherds and angels in the presence of the guiding star augmented the festive ambience by conveying the emotions of peace, love and hope.The judges appreciated the innovative commitment of the participants. Sparsh Khade from grade 8 described the moments of preparation of the nativity scene as memorable and joyful under the able guidance of his mom. Another contestant Jinang Jhaveri from grade 9 expressed amazement for the dedicated efforts of his fellow contestants  that resulted in unique styles and designs of ecofriendly Christmas trees in two dimensions and added that the challenge of designing his own  tree was a satisfying one that he would cherish with pride .
