Marian Month

Don Bosco Boarding,  Matunga  had its Marian month starting with the inauguration service on the 16th July, 2011. The marian month is a traditional event being celebrated in Don Bosco Matunga Boarding with Marian Activities like, Drawing Competition, Exhibition, Tournaments.

The Marian month then ended up with climax on the last day that is on the Feast of “Assumption” with the Marian Nite, where all the 6 teams competed to be the winners of the whole Month.

Our Leaders

The boarding had its installation ceremony in the evening of 6th July. The Boarding captain - Nigel, vice - captain - Royden and the four house leaders Rinaldo, Ryan, Edward and Allan were then invested by Fr. Jude, with the medals of Our Lady as a sign of leaders in the boarding. The Installation ceremony was then followed by the Savio Nite with its interesting games, quiz, skits, ads and various competitions. The Feast of St. Dominic Savio ended with the giving away of prizes to the teams which participated in the Dominic Savio Week.
